The hotel is quiet, rooms and staff are good! Lots of food available in restaurant. It's 10 mins walk to the center. Also, this venue was situated 1 mile from tourist destination like Gasteiner Museum.

the hotel had a unique and trendy vibe, with a retro design and a boutique atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious, especially the dinner. Our room had a terrace with stunning views. It was a great experience overall.

Wifi was non-existent.

It was all superb.

The views from our room were amazing and the breakfast was delicious. We also loved the relaxing atmosphere in the lounge. The staff was helpful and even provided complimentary transportation to and from the train station.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of tea and coffee in the room and the shared balcony not mentioned in the room description, these were outweighed by the overall positive experience.

We were also impressed by the wide range of amenities available, including a spa and wellness center with various treatments, sauna, and a beautiful sun terrace for relaxation. Everything about this place was designed to enhance our comfort and provide a truly remarkable experience.

Nestled in the mountains, this hotel boasts incredible views of the surrounding areas from the gondola ride to the mountains above and the city centre within walking distance. the breakfast spread is extensive, featuring fresh and local bio products. Rooms have a cozy and retro feel with some beautiful art and design books to peruse.

The spa zone comes with additional fees.

The spa and relaxation areas were great, and the bar was good. The unique design of the hotel was fun, with books everywhere. , the terrace with the fire pit and BBQ area was fantastic for hanging out.

The decor was a bit too dark and dingy for my taste, and some areas of the hotel felt creepy. , the bed was really uncomfortable, and the view from my room wasn't great.

My xmas stay was a wonderful experience with stunning mountain views and an overall cozy ambiance. the buffet breakfast was sumptuous and tasty. Don't miss the amazing gondola ride to the top of the mountain, where the sun always shines even on foggy days.

Occasionally I heard some noise from the neighboring rooms, but it wasn't too disturbing. the corridors and stairwells were painted in dark colors, which gave them a bit of a creepy feel.

The atmosphere was really lovely with a relaxed and 'cool' vibe. The staff, who were young and friendly locals, added to the welcoming ambiance. The sauna facilities were clean and there was a great variety of healthy teas and dried fruit available. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and had lots of options to choose from, including the amazing butter and hummus. The self-service coffee machine had a wide variety of flavors and excellent taste. The rooms and seating areas on the ground floor were exceptional, cozy, and filled with reading materials. The slightly out-of-town location was perfect for those looking to escape the busy city life, with a refreshing and quick walk to the town center.

The hotel facilities were well-maintained and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and provided many healthy options. The location was perfect for us - we enjoyed the beautiful views from the valley below to the mountain above. We also appreciated the convenient shuttle service to the main area.
